**RETURN POLICY**

Return Eligibility:

   - Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

   - Standard, non-customized items may be eligible for return under certain conditions (see section 4).


Damaged or Defective Items:

   - In the rare event that your customized item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

   - We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.


Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items:

   - Contact our customer service team at impossiblecllc@gmail.com to initiate a return authorization.

   - Once authorized, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

   - Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.


Returns for Non-Customized Items:

   - If you wish to return a standard, non-customized item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

   - The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a return to be accepted.

   - Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


Return Process for Non-Customized Items:

   - Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization and receive instructions on returning the item.

   - Once the return is authorized, securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

   - Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Exchanges:

   - Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for custom items due to their personalized nature.

   - For non-customized items, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
