HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

STEP 1: Submit Your Vision

Complete the Custom Order Inquiry Form.

Be specific.
Upload inspiration photos, sketches, logos, screenshots . Anything that helps us see what you see.

Clarity speeds up creativity.

STEP 2: Design + Confirmation

Within 24–48 business hours, we will review your submission and contact you via your preferred method.

You’ll receive:

  • A custom mockup or design concept
  • Opportunity for revisions (up to 2 included)

Nothing moves into production without your approval.

STEP 3: Payment + Production

Full payment is required before production begins.

Once approved and paid:

  • Your design enters production
  • Your item is crafted with precision
  • Quality control is performed before release

We do not rush greatness but we do move with intention.

STEP 4: Finalization + Shipping

Once complete:

  • You’ll receive confirmation
  • Your item will be securely packaged
  • Tracking information will be sent immediately after shipment

You stay informed every step of the way.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most custom orders are completed within 3–7 business days after design approval and payment.

Complex designs or high-volume periods may require additional time. If so, you’ll be notified upfront.

PRICING

Pricing varies based on:

  • Design complexity
  • Garment/product type
  • Quantity ordered
  • Specialty finishes (DTF, Rhinestones, painting, etc.)

A detailed quote will be provided after reviewing your submission.

FILE REQUIREMENTS (If Uploading Artwork)

If submitting your own logo or design files:

  • Preferred formats: PNG (transparent), SVG, PDF, or high-resolution JPG
  • Minimum 300 DPI recommended
  • Files must be print-ready

Low-resolution files may require a redesign fee.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required before production begins.

Revision Policy:
Up to 2 revisions included. Additional edits may incur a design fee.

Custom Sales Policy:
All custom sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved mockup, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue immediately.
